2. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

2.1 Custom Orders: Custom or personalized prints are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2.2 Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2.3 Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
